We had Allie's baby dedication at Second Baptist on April 25th. There were over 40 families that morning and we are friends with about have of them! 
Allie was very squirmy the whole time Jon was holding her up front, but when the camera showed her on the big screen she was clapping and smiling and having a great time. We came back to the house for lunch and Allie was ready for her nap! Only a little bit of time to spend with family for her...
Later that night she came down with a fever and was sick all week!
We are very thankful for our precious gift from God and as Jon put it, it was our turn to give Allie back to Jesus. We are thankful that we have a family that loves God and will help us bring her up in the right way and to instill Jesus' love in her. I know we will need lots of help in the coming years! Thank you God for our baby girl!

What a wonderful occassion to celebrate! Sorry to hear she got sick, but you are right children are such a precious gift from the Lord- enjoy every minute!
