We have MOVED!

Big changes here at the Klubnik household!  Back in April, we listed our house for sale and the first day on the market we had an open house and 3 full price offers on it!!!!  Can I tell you how happy I was to not have to show the house a million times???!!!  It was such an answer to prayer and such a relief!  This was during the first trimester and I was taking 2 hour naps each day along with Allie and there was no way I was going to be able to clean and show the house like we did last time we tried to sell it (3 years ago).
We were set to close on it in about 6 weeks and we didn't have another house to buy!  Thank goodness for another answer to prayer because the house that we bought went on the market one week later and 6 days later we made an offer (along with another family...) They choose us and we closed on both houses in the begining of June!
Now we had to find Jon an office as he was moving out of the garage apartment from our old house.  2 weeks before our close date, he decided to buy an office condo here in Sugar Land as the rent would have been the same price.  So....  We had TWO MAJOR moves within 3 days of each other!
I am pretty much useless as I can't lift anything over 10 lbs!  Luckily, we had lots of help from family and even some friends watched Allie a couple times to help me get things done!

So why did we move from the center of everything and 5 minutes away from almost anything we needed?

The first day that we owned the house- it was transformed!  Not taking any chances!!!!

We have been in the new house for almost 2 weeks and only a couple boxes remain and pictures need to be hung; but otherwise we are all settled in (don't look in the garage!)
We have had lots of fun already with great neighbors and friends/family close by!  Plus there are great trails and fun parks all around!  Jon's office is 10 minutes away and right by Allie's school!

Overall, it was a very smooth move and transition!  Allie LOVES it here and was so excited to get a new big girl bed in her new room.  (pictures to follow)  We had painters here for 6 days and had most of the house painted and I LOVE it too!  I am soooo thankful that Jon let me have them paint things that I could have done myself because it would have taken me at least a year to get to it!  It's so nice to feel "done"!  (well almost- I will always have projects! :O)
